Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan Sell Three Mumbai Flats for Rs 6.75 Cr

Famous actor Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan have sold three of their flats in Andheri West, Mumbai. The total money they got from selling these flats is Rs 6.75 crore. The flats are in two buildings called Veejays Niwas CHS and Raheja Classique.

The first flat, sold by Rakesh Roshan, is in Veejays Niwas CHS. It is about 1,025 square feet and comes with two car parking spaces. This flat was sold for Rs 3.75 crore.

The second flat, also sold by Rakesh Roshan, is in Raheja Classique. It is about 655 square feet and was sold for Rs 2.20 crore.

The third flat, sold by Hrithik Roshan, is also in Raheja Classique. It is about 240 square feet and was sold for Rs 80 lakh.

All these deals were completed in May 2025. Andheri West is a popular area in Mumbai because it is close to the airport and many business places. Many people want to live here because it is easy to travel and has good facilities.
