President Trump has imposed a 15% tariff on South Korean imports, replacing the previously proposed 25%.
In return, South Korea will invest $350 billion in U.S. sectors like semiconductors, shipbuilding, and batteries.
The deal also includes $100 billion in energy purchases from the U.S.
This trade agreement strengthens bilateral ties and boosts U.S. industry.
