ADNOC Logistics & Services Joins MSCI Emerging Markets Index

ADNOC Logistics & Services Joins MSCI Emerging Markets Index

Post by : Badri Ariffin

Abu Dhabi, 6 November 2025 – ADNOC Logistics & Services plc (ADNOC L&S) has been confirmed for inclusion in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, the benchmark followed by many institutional investors for large- and mid-cap equities across 24 emerging markets. The admission becomes effective on 25 November 2025 and marks an important step in the company's expansion on the international capital stage.

The decision follows a successful secondary offering in August that raised $317 million (AED1.16 billion), lifting the free float to roughly 22% and increasing average daily trading volumes by about fourfold. That placement was near seven times oversubscribed and was priced at AED5.25 per share, reflecting a tight discount of 3.33%—among the narrowest for regional secondary sell-downs.

Market brokers estimate the MSCI inclusion could channel more than $200 million (AED734 million) of passive investor capital into the stock, improving liquidity and widening access to international investors. The move places ADNOC L&S alongside ADNOC Distribution, ADNOC Drilling and ADNOC Gas within the MSCI Emerging Markets Index universe.

Since listing, ADNOC L&S has delivered a total shareholder return approaching 200%, underpinned by consistent revenue and EBITDA progression. All 18 analysts covering the company maintain Buy ratings, signalling sustained market confidence in its strategic outlook and operational performance.

Inclusion in the MSCI benchmark is expected to enhance ADNOC L&S's profile among global investors and support its ongoing transformation into a leading provider of energy maritime logistics.
