Dr. Dubey recommended natural and easily prepared beverages, highlighting flaxseed-chia water as a prime example. Both flaxseeds and chia seeds are rich in fiber and plant-based nutrients that promote digestion and help maintain hormone balance. These seeds can simply be soaked overnight for a refreshing morning sip.
Additionally, she suggested warm lemon water, coconut water, herbal teas, and fenugreek seed water as beneficial alternatives. These options not only provide hydration but also deliver essential nutrients, supporting liver health — a key player in hormone regulation.
However, Dr. Dubey cautioned that these drinks alone cannot resolve hormonal issues; they represent only a part of a holistic healthy lifestyle. It’s vital to ensure sufficient sleep, minimize processed food intake, manage stress, and engage in physical activity for optimal wellness. Only then can one expect to feel revitalized throughout the day.
