China Eastern Airlines is set to resume its direct flights between Shanghai and Delhi from November 9, marking a major milestone in India-China air connectivity. This resumption comes after more than five years, as direct flights between the two countries were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic and geopolitical tensions. The airline will operate three weekly services on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, utilizing its A330-200 aircraft for these routes.
