Abdul Rahman Ahmed Abdul Haq, a 19-year-old Jiu-Jitsu practitioner from Baniyas Club, has made an outstanding achievement by clinching the gold medal in the 56 kg amateur category at the ongoing Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship held at Mubadala Arena in Zayed Sports City.
Expressing his gratitude, Abdul Rahman stated that Jiu-Jitsu has significantly changed his life by instilling discipline, confidence, and mental resilience. He noted that the sport offered him a new outlook on challenges both inside and outside the mat, thereby shaping his competitive spirit and life approach.
