Expressing his gratitude, Abdul Rahman stated that Jiu-Jitsu has significantly changed his life by instilling discipline, confidence, and mental resilience. He noted that the sport offered him a new outlook on challenges both inside and outside the mat, thereby shaping his competitive spirit and life approach.

In a post-match interview, Abdul Rahman reflected, “Jiu-Jitsu has profoundly altered my perspective on life. It has imparted the values of commitment and discipline, enabling me to confront every obstacle with determination. I've transformed from an ordinary individual to someone who feels confident, organized, and accountable.”

He recounted how his passion for Jiu-Jitsu sprouted during his school years, largely due to the unwavering support of the UAE's leadership in promoting sports among students nationwide. These national initiatives played a crucial role in helping him hone his talents and providing access to resources and training essential for competing on a global platform.

As a vital part of his daily life, Abdul Rahman emphasized the countless hours he has devoted to training, mastering techniques, and enhancing both his mental and physical capabilities. For him, Jiu-Jitsu transcends competition; it is a lifestyle that defines his being.

Labeling Jiu-Jitsu a catalyst for his mental and emotional growth, he emphasized its teachings of patience, mutual respect, and discipline. The lessons acquired extend beyond the mat, positively influencing his behavior and helping him navigate life's challenges with calmness and focus.

Abdul Rahman proudly stated, “Jiu-Jitsu is not merely a pastime for me; it's an all-encompassing lifestyle that fosters my personal growth. It has taught me how to respect my opponents and face challenges with the same concentration I apply during matches.”

Looking forward, Abdul Rahman shared his aspirations of pursuing more international accolades and achieving a black belt, the pinnacle in Jiu-Jitsu. He aims to make his nation proud as he continues to represent the UAE on the world stage, inspiring younger Emiratis to embrace the sport.

He expressed, “I aspire to collect more championships and earn my black belt. My goal is to repay my country for the support and opportunities it has provided. Jiu-Jitsu has become integral to my life, and I am committed to working tirelessly to uphold my nation’s honor.”

Abdul Rahman’s success is a testament to the UAE’s commitment to nurturing and promoting Jiu-Jitsu as a national sport. The country has emerged as a premier international destination for Jiu-Jitsu events, hosting elite competitions and fostering the development of new athletic talent through school and club initiatives.

The Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship is esteemed among sporting events, drawing thousands of participants globally. This competition showcases the incredible skills, strength, and dedication of both amateur and professional athletes.

A rising star, Abdul Rahman has previously made significant impressions through his performances, including a noteworthy gold medal at the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam, one of the region's most prestigious Jiu-Jitsu contests. His relentless dedication and talent mark him as one of the UAE’s most promising young athletes.

He conveyed heartfelt appreciation towards his coaches, teammates, and the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation for their unwavering support and mentorship. He acknowledged the essential role of the robust training framework and nurturing ecosystem in HawaiiHQ in his quest for success.
