Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – International law firm Addleshaw Goddard (AG) hosted its first-ever Golf Day at Dirab Golf & Country Club, marking a landmark event as the first golf tournament organized by a law firm in Saudi Arabia. The gathering was an opportunity for clients, partners, and firm associates to engage in a day of golf, networking, and relationship-building, celebrating AG’s expanding presence in the Kingdom.
This event aligns with the upcoming second anniversary of AG’s Riyadh office, which officially opened in January 2024, following the acquisition of its Foreign Law Firm Licence from the Saudi Ministry of Justice. Since its inception, the Riyadh office has seen significant growth, closely aligning with the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and emerging as one of AG’s fastest-growing markets worldwide.
The Riyadh team at AG provides a full range of legal services to prominent Saudi and international clients in sectors such as corporate law, M&A, capital markets, financial services, infrastructure, energy, and regulatory compliance. As demand increases and the firm’s on-ground capabilities expand, AG is committed to investing in its personnel and maintaining its dedication to the Kingdom.
The Golf Day saw participation from reputable organizations including American Express, Arab National Bank, Diriyah, Expo Riyadh Company, Golf Saudi, Gulf International Bank, KPMG, Lucid, the Ministry of Finance, Public Investment Fund (PIF), Qiddiya, Red Sea Global, Roshn Group, Saudi National Bank, and STC, showcasing the breadth of AG’s client and partner network.
