Dubai Holding, a major investment group, and Palantir Technologies have launched Aither, the UAE’s first operational AI joint venture. The move follows an 18-month collaboration that embedded Palantir’s platforms across Dubai Holding’s businesses and improved portfolio operations.
The signing event in Dubai included His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and His Excellency Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini. The agreement was formalised by Amit Kaushal, Group CEO of Dubai Holding, alongside Noam Perski, Executive VP at Palantir.
Proven Results Over 18 Months
From early 2024, Dubai Holding has deployed Palantir’s AI and data platforms across its operations, delivering gains in efficiency, faster decision-making and clearer visibility across real estate, hospitality, finance and infrastructure. Leading names such as Nakheel, Meraas, and Jumeirah have already realised these benefits.
Scaling AI Across the UAE
Aither is tasked with institutionalising AI capability in Dubai and providing a scalable platform for both government and private sector organisations. By combining Dubai Holding’s market knowledge with Palantir’s engineering and software, the joint venture seeks to raise competitiveness, streamline operations and unlock fresh sources of value.
Aligned with the UAE’s Digital Transformation Agenda D33, Aither is expected to contribute to roughly AED100 billion annually in digitally driven economic value. The joint venture will also focus on developing local talent, transferring AI expertise and establishing governance practices for responsible deployment.
Driving Economic Diversification
By making proven AI solutions available to businesses, Aither reinforces Dubai’s ambition to be a technology and innovation hub and supports broader economic diversification. Its work will target strategic commercial sectors and help position the UAE among global leaders in applied AI.
Through this strategic partnership, Dubai Holding and Palantir are creating more than a new firm — they aim to catalyse national digital transformation with measurable impact and long-term growth.
