During his visit, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, explored the department’s cutting-edge archive facility, crafted in line with the latest standards.

He was briefed on the advanced systems implemented for document classification and indexing, which adhere to contemporary archival protocols aimed at ensuring precision and systematic data management.

Emphasizing the importance of bolstering archival processes, he advocated for the adoption of integrated systems to align with governance standards. He prioritized the safeguarding of information while facilitating prompt access to historical data.

Sheikh Abdul Aziz commended the automation of the real estate archive, noting its crucial role in enhancing privacy, transparency, and data integrity. He pointed out that this innovative system accelerates transactions, minimizes human errors, and significantly improves service quality.

This initiative is set to streamline operations, saving considerable time and effort for both clients and employees while boosting satisfaction for all stakeholders in the real estate arena.
