Aldar Secures AED 800M by Selling 80% of Yas Park Place Homes

Aldar Secures AED 800M by Selling 80% of Yas Park Place Homes

Post by : Badri Ariffin

Aldar Properties has successfully sold 80% of the homes available at Yas Park Place, its newly launched mid-rise residential project situated on Yas Island, amassing sales exceeding AED 800 million.

This impressive sales achievement was bolstered by engaging events that drew customer interest in major locales, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.

International buyers and expatriates made up 54% of overall sales, with significant attention from investors hailing from Jordan, China, Taiwan, and the UK. UAE nationals represented 46% of purchasers, indicating a steady trust in Aldar's offerings among local investors.

Remarkably, 83% of buyers were first-time purchasers from Aldar, showcasing the project's broad appeal and the firm’s expanding clientele. Younger buyers were particularly prominent, with 66% of customers aged below 45.

Jonathan Emery, CEO of Aldar Development, emphasized that the robust response signifies ongoing demand from both local and international investors. He noted that Abu Dhabi continues to stand out as a solid long-term investment venue, characterized by a stable market and strong fundamentals.

The initial phase of the project consists of four buildings, with the remaining two buildings set to be launched in the second phase.

Yas Park Place will include six mid-rise buildings that overlook Yas Central Park, offering a blend of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom duplexes, all designed within a walkable green community.
