Janhvi Kapoor's Fun Response to Ananya Panday's Matching Outfits

Janhvi Kapoor's Fun Response to Ananya Panday's Matching Outfits

Post by : Meena Ariff

At a recent wedding, Bollywood stars Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, and Janhvi Kapoor captured moments that lit up social media. The highlight was Ananya’s coincidental twinning with Shikhar Pahariya, Janhvi’s partner.

On Saturday, Ananya posted a series of wedding snapshots on Instagram. While followers admired her stunning outfits, one particular photo drew the most attention—Ananya and Shikhar both donned coordinating brown embroidered outfits. She captioned her post, “The love of my life married the love of her life @deeyashroff @mihirmadhvani obsessed with you 2.”

Janhvi noticed the sartorial synchronicity and replied with, “6th slide,” pointing to the image featuring Shikhar. This prompted fans to tease her in the comments, with one stating, “@janhvikapoor possessive haan,” while another humorously noted, “Janhvi main toh naa sehta (I wouldn’t have tolerated this).”

The Relationship of Janhvi Kapoor and Shikhar Pahariya

Janhvi and Shikhar have been linked romantically for a while, although they haven't publicly confirmed their relationship. They are frequently spotted together at family gatherings, and Janhvi once wore a necklace featuring Shikhar's name, which went viral. Earlier this year, Shikhar attended Janhvi's red carpet debut at Cannes for her film Homebound.

On the work front, Ananya Panday is set to star in the romantic drama Tu Meri Main Tera, co-starring Kartik Aaryan and directed by Sameer Vidwans, which is set to hit theaters on December 25.

Janhvi Kapoor is currently working on Buchi Babu Sana’s Telugu action film Peddi, where she stars alongside Ram Charan, Jagapathi Babu, Shiva Rajkumar, and Divyendu, scheduled for release on March 27, 2026.
