Tech powerhouse Apple has inaugurated its first retail location in Noida, representing the company's fifth store in India. Nestled within the DLF Mall of India, Apple Noida features an extensive array of Apple offerings, including the cutting-edge iPhone series, Apple Watch Ultra 3, Apple Watch Series 11, new iPad Pro, and the 14-inch MacBook Pro featuring M5 chips. The store is designed to enhance customer shopping through an integration of technology, creativity, and community outreach.
Boasting a team of over 80 members, Apple Noida delivers personalized setup, expert assistance, and a range of services such as Apple Trade In and financing solutions. Shoppers can also participate in 'Today at Apple' sessions, which focus on creative uses of Apple products, skill development, and community connection. This opening underscores Apple’s dedication to blending innovative technologies with tailored experiences.
Apple’s venture into the Indian retail landscape commenced in April 2023 with the debut of its initial two stores in Mumbai's BKC and Delhi's Saket. Within its inaugural year, these stores collectively generated nearly Rs 800 crore in revenue, with the smaller Saket store accounting for roughly 60% of sales, positioning them among Apple's top global performers. With the launch of Apple Noida, the brand fortifies its presence in the Indian market, granting easier access to its products and services.
Deirdre O'Brien, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and People, remarked that the new outlet is designed for fostering connection, creativity, and community. With the launch of Apple Noida, Apple reinforces its commitment to offering customers the finest in Apple products and support services, all within a vibrant retail space that promotes innovation and learning.
