The Awqaf Dubai Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation has unveiled impressive financial results for the year 2025, showcasing a total asset valuation reaching AED1.48 billion. This represents a remarkable growth of 17.4% when compared to 2024.
This announcement was shared during the 14th meeting of the board for 2026, which reviewed reports from the Financial Affairs Department. Essa Al Ghurair, the Chairman of Awqaf Dubai, oversaw the proceedings, attended by Secretary-General Ali Mohammed Al Mutawa and other board members.
The board evaluated investment outcomes for minors and individuals under their care from 2023 through 2025. Discussions also included future strategies aimed at preserving and enhancing assets while balancing risk profiles.
Financial outcomes indicated that total income for 2025 reached AED71.2 million, reflecting a 12% rise from the prior year, while expenses held steady at approximately AED14.4 million. This culminated in a net operating profit of AED57 million, representing a 15% uptick, underscoring effective operational management.
Chairman Essa Al Ghurair credited this growth to Awqaf Dubai’s systematic approach to fund management, noting that the organization’s investment strategies have not only preserved assets but also boosted returns in alignment with national objectives.
He further disclosed that 97% of assets have been strategically invested in stable options over three years, designed to balance risk and return while ensuring the sustainability and protection of beneficiaries' rights.
Ali Mohammed Al Mutawa added that Awqaf Dubai is continually refining its financial management practices in line with global standards. This commitment enhances asset management efficiency and solidifies public confidence.
He emphasized that increasing asset valuation to AED1.48 billion highlights the success of their strategic plans. Awqaf Dubai remains committed to pursuing sophisticated strategies, diversification, and prudent investments to amplify returns for beneficiaries and their families.
