SS Rajamouli and Prabhas’ Baahubali series set new benchmarks in Indian cinema with its epic storytelling and grand visuals. The two-part saga is set to return to theatres as Baahubali: The Epic on October 31, 2025, available in major formats. Ahead of the release, rumors spread suggesting that the film’s climax might announce Baahubali 3.
Producer Shobu Yarlagadda has now clarified these speculations. He stated, “There will be no announcement of Baahubali 3. While there could be a surprise for the audience, it is not connected to the third part. Baahubali 3 still requires significant work.”
Yarlagadda further explained, “The re-release marks the beginning of Phase 2 of the Baahubali universe. We have numerous stories to explore within this world, and this is just the start.” Fans and cinema lovers are eagerly waiting to discover what surprises Rajamouli and his team have in store with this re-release.
This re-release emphasizes the enduring popularity of the Baahubali franchise and continues to fuel excitement among audiences, keeping the legacy of Indian epic cinema alive.
