New Delhi: Television actress Charu Asopa has put an end to speculations about her relationship with her ex-husband Rajeev Sen, stating clearly that there is no problem between them. The couple has been spotted together on several occasions in recent weeks, from vacation trips to celebrating Durga Puja together, which led fans and the media to speculate that they might have reconciled.
In her latest vlog, Charu explained, “First of all, I am happy, Rajeev is happy, and our daughter Ziana is happy. We are all communicating with each other and remain together just as we always have been. So, please don’t worry about why I came back or why I left.” She added that this message was meant for people who tend to overanalyze every step she and her family take.
Charu emphasized that her life decisions are based on what is best for her and her daughter, rather than public opinion. “We are all happy. Rajeev, Ziana, and I have spent the last two months traveling together. We went to Delhi, Bangkok, Bikaner, Kolkata, and Mumbai. We enjoyed our time, worked on personal commitments, and made beautiful memories,” she said.
Charu married Rajeev Sen in 2019. Their marriage faced challenges, which eventually led to their divorce. Despite the separation, both Charu and Rajeev continue to co-parent their daughter Ziana, ensuring she is well cared for.
Recently, Charu moved from Mumbai back to her hometown, Bikaner, for a more comfortable lifestyle. She shared with the media, “Living in Mumbai was challenging due to high costs, which came up to about ₹1 lakh-1.5 lakh per month, including rent and other expenses. Moreover, it was difficult to leave Ziana with a nanny while I was shooting in Naigaon, Mumbai. Moving back home and starting my own work was completely planned and not a rushed decision.”
She further explained that the move allows her to manage work and parenting more efficiently. “I wanted to ensure Ziana has a stable environment and that I can spend quality time with her while pursuing my work goals. This was a thoughtful and planned step for our family,” Charu said.
Charu’s message highlights the importance of focusing on family happiness and making life decisions that benefit her and her daughter, rather than being influenced by public speculation or media attention.
