235 Tons of Zamzam Water Served Each Day at the Prophet’s Mosque

Post by : Badri Ariffin

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has reported that around 235 tons of Zamzam water are distributed daily to cater to the needs of worshippers and visitors year-round.

To ensure exceptional service, the authority maintains a thorough distribution system for Zamzam water within the mosque and its surrounding areas. More than 10,000 dispensers are strategically positioned across the Prophet's Mosque, providing convenient access for all visitors.

These dispensers are regularly replenished and monitored closely to guarantee consistent supply. Continuous quality and safety evaluations are conducted utilizing advanced water-testing technology to confirm that the Zamzam water adheres to stringent safety and quality standards.

The daily provision of Zamzam water is an integral aspect of the authority's comprehensive service system, designed to enhance the experience of both worshippers and visitors. This initiative exemplifies their commitment to delivering services efficiently while ensuring comfort, convenience, and secure access to the sacred water for everyone at the Prophet's Mosque.
