Strategic Partnership Set to Boost Mobility in Ajman

Strategic Partnership Set to Boost Mobility in Ajman

Post by : Badri Ariffin

Dubai Taxi Company PJSC (DTC), a prominent player in UAE’s mobility sector, has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AJ Industries LLC (AJI) to foster a strategic collaboration aimed at elevating mobility options in Ajman.

This agreement signifies a key development in DTC’s overarching expansion plans, showcasing its commitment to broaden its operational reach beyond Dubai while promoting advanced transportation solutions throughout the UAE.

The partnership will see DTC and AJ Industries working together on initiatives that aim to optimize mobility services in Ajman, merging DTC’s operational skill set and sophisticated digital frameworks with AJI’s deep insights into the local automotive landscape.

Together, the two firms will focus on creating a versatile mobility platform intended to enhance transportation offerings for both mainstream and luxury markets. This approach could pave the way for future growth in other emirates as well.

Mansoor Rahma Alfalasi, Group CEO of Dubai Taxi Company, remarked that DTC already operates in Ajman, particularly in school transportation through a collaboration with the Ministry of Education. He emphasized that the MoU is a crucial step in DTC’s strategy to expand its presence throughout the UAE.

Alfalasi asserted that this partnership would enable DTC to introduce its operational strengths, digital services, and innovative transport solutions to Ajman, fostering a more comprehensive and user-friendly mobility network that benefits locals, tourists, and businesses alike.

The collaboration will also look into possibilities for integrating new e-hailing services, such as platforms like Bolt, into Ajman’s existing taxi network. This move is expected to improve accessibility, streamline the booking process, and boost overall service efficiency.

Plans are underway to enhance fleet operations and advance digital booking and dispatch systems, ensuring a smoother travel experience for passengers.

Moreover, DTC and AJ Industries aim to develop solutions for workforce and driver provisioning, addressing the rising demand for mobility services while upholding high standards in service delivery.

The MoU will also place emphasis on enhancing the limousine sector through fleet improvements, service upgrades, and the use of cutting-edge technology to elevate the customer experience.

Beyond standard transport services, the partnership will also explore new ventures in corporate mobility, tourism transport, and on-demand premium travel solutions to support Ajman’s expanding economy and tourism industry.

Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Group CEO of AJ Industries, expressed that the future of mobility will be defined by partnerships that blend tech innovation with local market expertise. He believes the alliance with Dubai Taxi Company will facilitate the delivery of sustainable, tech-centric transport solutions tailored for Ajman.

This collaboration exemplifies the increasing significance of public-private partnerships in enhancing UAE’s mobility landscape, aligning with the vision of developing smarter and more sustainable transportation networks. Through this strategic partnership, DTC and AJ Industries aspire to positively impact the evolution of mobility services while driving economic growth and improving connectivity throughout the emirate.
