Dubai Chambers Teams Up with Keeta to Enhance SME Development

Post by : Badri Ariffin

Dubai Chambers has launched a new initiative with Keeta, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aimed at bolstering the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Dubai.

This collaboration is designed to reinforce Dubai’s reputation as a key player in entrepreneurship and the digital economy by equipping SMEs with the tools necessary to broaden their customer reach and enhance overall business performance through innovative, technology-based solutions.

As part of this agreement, member companies of Dubai Chambers will enjoy numerous advantages via the Keeta platform. Benefits will encompass exclusive commercial incentives, expedited onboarding processes, enhanced visibility on the app, and specialized training programs. These training sessions will focus on aspects like menu optimization, pricing strategies, and excellence in delivery services, all aimed at improving customer satisfaction and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Additionally, a unique “Dubai Chambers SME” badge will be launched on the Keeta platform, designed to elevate brand visibility for participating businesses and facilitate the discovery of local brands by consumers.

Khalid AlJarwan noted that Dubai Chambers is steadfast in its mission to empower SMEs by providing essential tools and opportunities for growth in an evolving business context. He emphasized that the partnership with Keeta will enable entrepreneurs to broaden their market reach, enhance customer interaction, and accelerate growth within Dubai's diverse economy.

Lucas Xie highlighted the critical role that technology plays in helping businesses adapt and thrive. He mentioned that SMEs significantly contribute to Dubai’s economic landscape and stressed that this collaboration will offer homegrown enterprises enhanced visibility, operational assistance, and avenues for scalable growth.

The partnership aligns with Dubai’s broader ambitions of fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and readiness for a digital future, emphasizing the crucial impact SMEs have on economic progress and community advancement.
