Under the guidance of Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has begun the allocation of a significant number of homes to UAE citizens.
This housing initiative, part of the Year of the Family 2026 campaign, underscores Dubai's commitment to enhancing the living experience for its residents. In total, 830 residences valued at AED1.6 billion are being issued across the projects in Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer.
Efficient Use of Technology in Housing Allocation
To facilitate a seamless and transparent allocation, MBRHE is employing cutting-edge smart technology solutions. Beneficiaries can utilize the DubaiNow application to reserve their homes.
Eligible individuals are subsequently contacted by the MBRHE call center and invited to visit on-site allocation centers, which operate at the following times:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
MBRHE CEO Mohammad Hassan AlShehhi remarked that this system promotes efficiency, governance, and ease for beneficiaries.
