In 2025, Dubai Police celebrated an impressive score of 99.9% in the daytime safety perception index, as revealed by the Security Quality of Life Survey conducted by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre alongside the Ministry of Interior.
This accomplishment is part of the broader Security Quality of Life Index, where Dubai Police also received an overall rating of 98.2%, underscoring its emphasis on proactive policing and promoting the well-being of the community.
Brigadier Saeed Abdullah bin Tuwair Al Suwaidi, the Assistant Undersecretary for Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, lauded the work of Dubai Police, emphasizing that the daytime safety perception score is integral to measuring the Security Quality of Life Index.
Additionally, the data shows that 98.7% of respondents felt secure walking at night, and 96.2% expressed confidence in the local police stations. Al Suwaidi attributed these promising figures to the concerted efforts of both operational and administrative teams within Dubai Police in bolstering public safety.
Dubai Police reported notable achievements in seven primary strategic areas, highlighted in studies by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre and the Dubai Police Opinion Poll Centre.

During the year 2025, Dubai Police continued to advance its digital transformation agenda.
The agency achieved a 97.7% digital service adoption rate, processing over 218 million transactions digitally. Customer satisfaction for online channels soared to 96.9%, indicating strong community support for these services.
Dubai Police attained a score of 93.3% in the Future Readiness and Innovation Index, reflecting their focus on fostering innovation and enhancing proactive capabilities.
The police force efficiently managed approximately 6.9 million calls, both emergency and non-emergency, throughout 2025, showcasing their effectiveness in rapid responses.
During the year, Dubai Police garnered 51 awards, including 12 from international bodies, reinforcing its standing among leading global law enforcement agencies.
Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, emphasized that these achievements were made achievable through the steadfast support from UAE leadership, the Dubai Government, and the Ministry of Interior which enhances community safety and quality of life.
He commended the dedication and professionalism of the Dubai Police personnel, stating that their commitment to excellence is a crucial factor in the organization’s ongoing success.
In 2025, Dubai Police also ranked as the top police brand globally according to Brand Finance.
The agency received an exceptional AAA+ brand strength rating with a score of 9.2 out of 10, based on input from over 8,000 stakeholders across ten nations. The ranking acknowledged their innovation, ethics, operational efficacy, and transparency.
The report indicated that Dubai Police contributed AED57.9 billion (equivalent to US$15.8 billion) to the UAE's national brand value, underlining its significant role in elevating the nation's global image.
