Initially only available on the RTA website, the service now integrates seamlessly into the RTA Dubai app and Dubai Now app, allowing users to apply without visiting service centers. • Minimum Age: 17 years and older

• Exemptions: Those possessing a valid UAE or international driving license

• Permitted Areas: Approved zones and designated tracks such as Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah, and Palm Jumeirah

• Restricted Areas: Saih Al Salam, Al Qudra, and Al Meydan

• Fines: Penalties apply for riding without a permit, riding outside designated areas, or failing to wear a helmet
