Under the esteemed guidance of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, PureHealth has proudly launched the 2026 edition of the Emirati Women Chapter (EWC) in Abu Dhabi. The inauguration ceremony was held at Yas Marina, welcoming a significant group of 120 participants.
Organized in collaboration with the General Women’s Union and the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, the event attracted many distinguished leaders and dignitaries. This gathering reflects the UAE’s unwavering dedication to empowering women and elevating their roles in national progress.
This third cohort of the program exhibits remarkable growth, boasting an increase of over 94 percent compared to the previous year. Notably, around 75 percent of attendees hail from outside organizations, representing more than 25 different entities.
The comprehensive nine-month program is centered on leadership development, featuring mentorship, personal coaching, and interactive learning experiences. Its objective is to equip Emirati women with the expertise and skills necessary to foster positive change in their communities and workplaces.
Officials emphasized that this initiative embodies the vision of enhancing women’s skills and broadening their representation across diverse sectors. Moreover, participants will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned female leaders, helping them to boost their confidence and leadership abilities.
Since its inception in 2024, the Emirati Women Chapter has evolved into a vital national platform, supporting women at various professional levels and promoting inclusivity. In 2025, the program branched out to include a special track for senior Emirati women and increased opportunities for People of Determination.
