His Excellency Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), firmly denounced any efforts aimed at undermining the security and stability of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
He lauded the keen vigilance and expert handling demonstrated by UAE security authorities, who adeptly neutralized terrorist intentions, identified involved parties, and apprehended several suspects. He emphasized that these actions exemplify the nation's capability to safeguard its national security and protect its resources.
Al-Budaiwi further confirmed the GCC's unwavering solidarity with the UAE, asserting that the council stands unified with the UAE in all initiatives undertaken to ensure safety, preserve stability, and defend its soil against any threats.
The GCC reinforced its categorical rejection of violence, extremism, and terrorism, condemning any actions or rhetoric that incite such behavior, irrespective of the motivations behind them.
