Signed by His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, the Director General of GDRFA Dubai, and His Excellency Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, the Director General of Dubai Land Department, this agreement signifies a commitment to unifying real estate and residency services into an efficient system.
The partnership is designed to enhance service delivery, ensure sustainability, and improve adaptability to the changing global landscape.
Core Integrations
The MoU will see three primary residency services incorporated into GDRFA Dubai's platform:

He acknowledged advancements in digital transformation, automation, and real estate tokenization by the Dubai Land Department, which are crucial to this partnership's success.
Concurrently, His Excellency Omar Hamad Bu Shehab emphasized the MoU as a pivotal step toward fostering cooperation among government offices, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing the user experience in the real estate industry.
Implications for the Economy

Attract increased foreign investment
Fortify economic stability
Boost Dubai's status as an attractive location for residence and employment
