Ghitha Holding PJSC has reported impressive financial results for the nine months ending 30th September 2025, with revenue hitting AED4.0 billion, a 9.2% increase compared to last year. The group also recorded an operating profit of AED267.7 million, marking a remarkable 41.1% year-on-year growth.
The surge in revenue and profitability comes on the back of strategic acquisitions, robust performance across its core business segments, and ongoing initiatives focused on improving margins. Gross profit rose 23.2% to AED880.1 million, reflecting Ghitha’s disciplined approach to pricing, cost management, and optimized product mix.
In the third quarter, the company focused on strengthening its fruit and vegetable segment through the realignment of agricultural operations under NRTC Food Holding LLC. This move has improved upstream integration, ensuring more resilient supply chains and better alignment across the value chain.
Ghitha is also advancing its digital transformation strategy with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, aiming to enhance operational agility and integration across its businesses.
The company’s performance reflects a strategic balance of growth, profitability, and operational efficiency, positioning it for a strong year-end and continued value creation.
