Govinda Leaves Hospital, Praises Yoga for His Recovery

Govinda Leaves Hospital, Praises Yoga for His Recovery

Post by : Rameen Ariff

Renowned Bollywood star Govinda was released from the hospital on Wednesday following a short admission after fainting at his residence on Tuesday night. This concerning incident led to swift medical intervention and admission for observation.

As he exited the hospital, Govinda reassured his fans about his well-being. He attributed the fainting spell to excessive exertion and fatigue caused by vigorous activities. “I’m feeling better now. I pushed myself too hard and got tired. Yoga and pranayama are really beneficial. Heavy workouts can be taxing. I aimed to enhance my appearance, but I believe yoga and pranayama are better options,” he shared.

The actor highlighted his preference for these gentler practices, pointing out their advantages for both physical and mental health.

Lalit Bindal, Govinda’s lawyer and close confidant, confirmed his discharge after doctors evaluated his test results which appeared normal. “He has been extremely busy for the last month, potentially leading to his fainting. The disorientation stemmed from his tight schedule recently. The doctor advised adequate rest and a balanced diet. He is back home and doing well. He also expressed gratitude to his fans for their support,” Bindal stated.

This occurrence reinforces the necessity of balancing physical health with adequate rest, particularly for busy celebrities. Govinda’s situation underscores that practices like yoga and pranayama may offer a more effective and sustainable approach to fitness compared to intense workouts.

Currently, Govinda is recuperating at home and has thanked his fans for their care and encouragement.
