Human Mobile Devices (HMD) has launched its new Touch 4G Hybrid Phone in India, priced at ₹3,999. Available from October 9, 2025, the device is designed for first-time digital users, students, youth, and blue-collar professionals, offering smartphone-like features at a feature phone price.
The HMD Touch 4G features a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, cloud-based applications, and a dedicated SOS ICE key for emergencies. It also includes real-time chatting and video calling, making it one of the first hybrid phones in its category.

Smartphone Experience at Low Cost: The device runs on the S30+ Touch platform, providing an intuitive and smooth touchscreen interface.
Cloud Apps Suite: Users can access news, cricket scores, weather updates, video apps, and HTML5 games like Tetris and Sudoku.
Video Calling & Connectivity: With the Express Chat app, users can make video calls, voice messages, and group chats in 13 languages on any Android or iOS smartphone. It also supports Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi hotspot functionality.
Dual Cameras & SOS Key: A 2MP rear camera and VGA front camera capture and share moments. The ICE key allows quick emergency calls with multiple click options to avoid accidental triggers.
Distinctive Design: The device comes in Cyan and Dark Blue colors.
Additional Features: Includes a 1-year replacement guarantee, Bluetooth, 2000 mAh battery with fast charging, protective jelly cover, FM radio, MP3 player, Type-C charging, auto call recording, and a user-friendly Touch UI.
