Sharvari Wagh's elder sister, Kasturi Wagh, recently celebrated her marriage to Vineet Hingorani in a heartfelt and intimate wedding. Steering clear of extravagant palace venues, the couple opted for a serene bungalow close to Lonavala, known as The House by the Lake. Crafted by Kasturi and Vineet, this setting infused their wedding with emotional resonance, mirroring their shared experiences.
The wedding festivities included a series of meticulously organized events, each embodying the couple’s preference for understated elegance. From the lively mehendi and tranquil haldi to an elegant cocktail celebration and the wedding itself, every aspect radiated warmth and a focus on significant moments rather than lavish displays.
On their big day, Kasturi and Vineet opted for a refined ivory theme, departing from the usual bridal reds and pinks. Kasturi appeared stunning in a brown-toned lehenga embellished with delicate floral patterns and subtle silver accents. Complementing her ensemble was a lavish silver blouse, paired with classic gold jewellery and natural makeup that elegantly enhanced her features. Vineet mirrored her style seamlessly in an ivory bandhgala kurta, complemented by a white dupatta for a classic finish.
The haldi ceremony radiated joy and simplicity. Kasturi wore an ivory kurta adorned with golden sequined trims, accompanied by statement jhumkas and light makeup. Vineet maintained a laid-back style in a simple white kurta, echoing the ceremony’s calm atmosphere.
For the cocktail event, Kasturi chose a more glamorous approach, donning a golden one-shoulder top with structured elements, paired with a long floral skirt highlighted with delicate white sequins. She opted for flowing hair and soft nude makeup, achieving a stylish yet easygoing look. Vineet brought a modern edge with an all-black ensemble, featuring a collared shirt and relaxed trousers, finished with sneakers.
The mehendi event added a vivid splash of color to the celebrations. Kasturi sported a lively sleeveless dress, accessorized with a bold silver maang tikka, eye-catching earrings, and a braided hairstyle adorned with red and gold ribbons. Vineet maintained a coordinated appearance in a sharp navy-blue outfit.
The wedding of Kasturi Wagh and Vineet Hingorani, marked by its peaceful location and thoughtful details, serves as a beautiful testament that true elegance thrives in simplicity and personal meaning.
