Post by : Badri Ariffin

In an exciting announcement, the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) has partnered with Palms Sports to unveil the Core X Fitness League, a series of innovative fitness competitions aimed at promoting a more active lifestyle.

This league will consist of seven distinct stages, each set in a variety of captivating locations across Abu Dhabi. Participants will engage in challenges at scenic beaches, natural terrains, and some of the city's most recognizable landmarks, promising a remarkable experience.

The initiative is designed to blend fitness with competitive spirit and engaging activities, inspiring community members to embrace healthier lifestyles. It aligns with ADSC's vision of integrating sports into daily life to enhance overall well-being.

His Excellency Talal Al Hashemi, Executive Director of the Events Sector at ADSC, emphasized the league's alignment with the council's dedication to hosting innovative and superior sporting events. He noted that competing in various settings would enrich the participants' experience and present new challenges.

The league's inaugural event will take place on May 2, 2026, at Khabib Gym on Yas Island, with the finale scheduled for July 25, 2026, on Fahid Island, where winners will be celebrated. To qualify for the grand prize, participants are required to compete in all seven rounds.

The competition will span several regions, including Al Dhafra and Al Ain, culminating in Abu Dhabi for the final rounds in July.

With its varied venues and structured phases, the Core X Fitness League is set to attract a diverse participant pool, providing an excellent platform for individuals to challenge their fitness levels in dynamic environments.
