The Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South has officially launched its latest initiative, a Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex tailored to meet the escalating demands of the aviation and aerospace sectors.
Spanning an area of 24,900 square meters, the complex features 33 specialized units crafted for aviation operations. It aims to offer innovative and adaptable spaces for businesses involved in aviation services, engineering, maintenance, and aerologistics.
MBRAH emphasizes that these units can be merged and customized according to individual operational needs, aiding companies in seamlessly expanding their efforts within the integrated aviation environment of Dubai South. The project is slated for completion by Q3 2027.
Tahnoon Saif, CEO of MBRAH, asserted that this launch signifies the hub's ongoing commitment to fortifying the aviation and aerospace supply chains. He noted the aim to develop infrastructure that aligns with current market demands while anticipating future growth in the industry.
Saif further highlighted that such projects play a pivotal role in bolstering Dubai's strategic vision of establishing itself as a global leader in aviation by offering superior infrastructure and facilities conducive to international aerospace enterprises.
MBRAH operates as a free-zone hub for top airlines, private jet firms, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) providers, and other aviation enterprises globally. The hub also encompasses maintenance centers, training institutions, and education campuses dedicated to the advancement of aerospace and engineering fields in Dubai.
