Meraas Secures AED 2.4 Billion Contracts for The Acres Villas in Dubai

Meraas Secures AED 2.4 Billion Contracts for The Acres Villas in Dubai

Post by : Rameen Ariff

The Meraas The Acres project has achieved a significant milestone with the awarding of AED 2.4 billion in construction contracts for its upscale villa communities in Dubai. This development encompasses both The Acres and The Acres Estates, situated in Dubailand, aimed at fulfilling the increasing demand for premium residences from both local and global homebuyers.

Leading construction firms have received these contracts, with United Engineering Construction managing The Acres and GCC Contracting spearheading the work at The Acres Estates. The combined ventures will introduce 557 villas, featuring a variety of three to seven-bedroom layouts tailored for contemporary family lifestyles.

The new phase will comprise 371 villas, ranging from three to five bedrooms, accompanied by essential community amenities. The Acres Estates will present 186 larger residences with five to seven bedrooms, crafted to ensure ample space and seclusion. These homes are envisioned as part of a luxurious lifestyle community, equipped with premium features.

Officials have indicated that this project mirrors the strong interest in luxury villas in Dubai. The development aims to blend nature with comfort and connectivity. The Acres is envisioned around green landscapes and a central park, providing a tranquil setting blended with modern conveniences. The Acres Estates expands on this concept with more spacious homes, waterfront attributes, and exquisitely landscaped areas, including swimmable lagoons.

Moreover, the Meraas The Acres project emphasizes sustainability. The development has earned LEED Gold certification for its commitment to eco-friendly construction and resource efficiency.

Located strategically in Dubailand, this project benefits from easy access to key arterial roads like Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Emirates Road. It is also in proximity to notable attractions such as Global Village, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, and Hamdan Sports Complex.

With this substantial investment, Meraas is further solidifying Dubai's real estate market by providing exceptional housing solutions. This initiative is set to enhance the city's property landscape while delivering modern, sustainable living environments for its residents.
