Meraas Awards AED 340 Million Contract for Riwa Developments at Madinat Jumeirah

Meraas Awards AED 340 Million Contract for Riwa Developments at Madinat Jumeirah

Post by : Badri Ariffin

Meraas, a key player in Dubai Holding Real Estate, has made significant advancements in the expansion of Madinat Jumeirah Living by awarding a AED 340 million construction contract to Al Sahel Contracting. This agreement initiates the development of Riwa, a new residential complex within the widely appreciated community, set for completion in the third quarter of 2027.

The Riwa project will feature three 10-storey structures comprising 244 upscale apartments. The offerings include one- to three-bedroom units, along with a luxurious four-bedroom penthouse, all thoughtfully designed to present bright interiors and contemporary layouts that promote modern urban living.

This project exemplifies the solid partnership between Meraas and Al Sahel Contracting, which has been instrumental in executing several phases of Madinat Jumeirah Living. With four phases successfully delivered and a fifth nearing completion, the collaboration continues to significantly enhance the neighborhood's development.

Architecturally, Riwa adheres to the community's modern heritage style, combining sleek lines with sophisticated facades. Residents will enjoy landscaped courtyards, verdant spaces, fitness amenities, swimming pools, and dedicated children's play areas. The overall design emphasizes walkability through a series of pedestrian pathways that seamlessly integrate with the broader community.

Situated at the heart of Jumeirah, the development is a short distance from Jumeirah Beach and major attractions like the Burj Al Arab. Its strategic location offers easy access to Umm Suqeim, Al Wasl, Jumeirah Road, and Sheikh Zayed Road, ensuring strong connections to business hubs such as Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.

With construction underway, Riwa is poised to become a premier address in one of Dubai’s most desirable districts, blending tranquility, community engagement, and prime accessibility.
