Meraas, a key player in Dubai Holding Real Estate, has made significant advancements in the expansion of Madinat Jumeirah Living by awarding a AED 340 million construction contract to Al Sahel Contracting. This agreement initiates the development of Riwa, a new residential complex within the widely appreciated community, set for completion in the third quarter of 2027.

The Riwa project will feature three 10-storey structures comprising 244 upscale apartments. The offerings include one- to three-bedroom units, along with a luxurious four-bedroom penthouse, all thoughtfully designed to present bright interiors and contemporary layouts that promote modern urban living.

This project exemplifies the solid partnership between Meraas and Al Sahel Contracting, which has been instrumental in executing several phases of Madinat Jumeirah Living.
