PM Modi Meets Victims of Red Fort Blast at LNJP Hospital

PM Modi Meets Victims of Red Fort Blast at LNJP Hospital

Post by : Rameen Ariff

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a crucial visit to the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) Hospital in New Delhi to meet with the victims of the recent Red Fort blast. After returning from a two-day state visit to Bhutan, he went directly to the hospital, highlighting the seriousness of the tragedy that resulted in 10 fatalities and more than 20 injuries.

Sources report that Modi personally spoke to each patient, offering encouragement and expressing his hopes for their quick recovery. He received updates from hospital staff and medical professionals regarding the patients’ conditions, showing a genuine interest in their ongoing care and needs.

The bombing at the Red Fort, one of Delhi's major tourist attractions, has led to an urgent response from government officials. Modi stated that the individuals responsible for this heinous act would face justice swiftly, underscoring the government's commitment to security.

For security precautions, the Prime Minister used a back entrance to LNJP Hospital, avoiding the main entry to steer clear of media presence, which highlights the sensitive nature of the visit.

This visit epitomizes the government's dedication to aiding the Red Fort blast victims, while also reinforcing national security measures and holding accountable those behind such attacks. Investigations are ongoing to ensure that justice is served promptly.
