H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, participated in the 54th Eid Al Etihad festivities today, hosted at the Ras Al Khaimah Academy in the Khuzam region.
