Actor Rashmika Mandanna has ignited speculation regarding her relationship with Vijay Deverakonda, following recent claims that their wedding is planned for February 2026.
During an engaging dialogue at an Honest Townhall event, she expressed her ideals for a life partner, mentioning Vijay when asked who she would choose to marry from her co-stars.
Discussing her perspective on love, Rashmika stated, “I’m drawn to someone who sees life understandingly and has a unique viewpoint. I desire someone sincere, compassionate, and willing to stand by me through challenges. If a war breaks out, I know he’d be right there with me — I’d even take a bullet for him too.
In a lighthearted segment where she was asked to choose among actors to date, marry, or kill, Rashmika cheekily responded that she’d date Naruto (the anime character) and marry Vijay Deverakonda, a statement that was met with enthusiastic applause from the audience.
Reports suggest that Rashmika has commenced wedding preparations, including a trip to Udaipur for venue scouting. A source close to the couple revealed they are indeed planning to wed next year.
Rashmika and Vijay first appeared together in Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019). Although they haven’t publicly confirmed their relationship, fans have often noted their shared vacation posts and appearances. It’s also said that the couple got engaged in October 2024, as Rashmika showcased her ring in a video with her pet dog.
