On Wednesday, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah and Supreme Council Member, welcomed well-wishers at Al Badi Palace, celebrating Eid Al Adha. Joining him were His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, and Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
During the warm reception, the Ruler received Eid greetings from a variety of guests including sheikhs, senior officials, police officers, members of the Amiri Guard, and representatives from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Sharjah. Numerous citizens, dignitaries, and tribal leaders came forward to extend their heartfelt congratulations.
Well-wishers expressed their kind messages and best wishes, praying for the Ruler’s lasting health. They also hoped for ongoing prosperity for the UAE and blessings for Arab and Islamic nations.
Notable figures in attendance included members of the ruling family and key government department heads such as Sheikh Faisal bin Khalid bin Mohammed Al Qasimi; Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Thani, Adviser in the Ruler’s Office; and Sheikh Dr. Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, among others.
Other officials present included Sheikh Khalid bin Issam Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Civil Aviation Department; Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, and other prominent leaders in various departments contributing to Sharjah's governance.
Senior attendees also included Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Humaid Al Qasimi from the Sports Council, and various department heads from federal and local entities, emphasizing the significance of the event.
