His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the Chairman of Dubai Holding, honored the graduates from the 2025 cohort of the Group's national development initiatives under Al Multaqa, a dedicated platform aimed at nurturing and enhancing Emirati talent.

The ceremony marked the successful graduation of 23 employees from various development programmes, notably the Leaders of Tomorrow programme, which aims to equip a new generation of Emirati professionals with vital leadership skills and hands-on experience that will contribute to Dubai's economic advancement.

The event was graced by His Excellency Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, along with Amit Kaushal, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding, and notable leaders from within the organization.

Sheikh Ahmed Emphasizes the Value of Local Talent

During his address, Sheikh Ahmed highlighted the pivotal role of national talent in the UAE's development. He emphasized that continued investment in the workforce yields the most significant long-term benefits, reaffirming Dubai Holding's dedication to fostering an environment where Emiratis can cultivate their skills and leadership abilities, thereby shaping the future of the economy and enhancing Dubai’s global standing.
