General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA)
Age: Minimum 18 years
Weight: Under 100 kg (males) and 90 kg (females)
Health: No heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or pregnancy
No alcohol or drugs: 24 hours prior
Check-in: Arrive 45–60 minutes early
