Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati Arrested for Molestation & Abuse

Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati Arrested for Molestation & Abuse

Post by : Rameen Ariff

Agra, India – Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, the former head of Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management-Research in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, was arrested last week following multiple allegations from women students. Over 15 students have accused him of molestation, blackmail, and intimidation.

Leaked WhatsApp messages reveal disturbing interactions between the former director and the students. In these conversations, Chaitanyananda Saraswati is seen using coercive and manipulative language, pressuring young women for sexual favors and even suggesting trafficking one student to a “Dubai sheikh.”

One exchange shows the accused messaging, “Good evening, my sweetest baby doll daughter,” while a student politely corrected him. In another instance, he repeatedly messaged a student, asking, “You will not sleep with me? Speak,” reflecting his persistent and coercive behavior.

Investigators also uncovered evidence suggesting attempts to entice and deceive students using inducements. Further forensic analysis of his mobile phone revealed images and screenshots of students’ profiles, as well as photos with other women, raising concerns about his predatory patterns.

Authorities have stated that Chaitanyananda Saraswati systematically exploited female students enrolled in Post-Graduate Diploma in Management courses on EWS scholarships. Of 32 students, 17 have formally accused him of sending obscene messages, using abusive language, and making unwanted physical advances.

Police continue their investigation, emphasizing the seriousness of the allegations and the need to protect students from such predatory conduct.
