Team Abu Dhabi is ready to launch into the UIM F1H2O World Championship's opening round in Cagliari, Italy, scheduled from 29th to 31st May.
This season, the team will showcase three boats steered by the talented Emirati racer Rashid Al Qemzi alongside Swedish drivers Jonas Andersson and Erik Stark. Their participation represents Team Abu Dhabi's strong footprint among elite powerboat racing teams globally.
Recently, the team undertook an extensive training session in Italy, aimed at heightening performance and ensuring that both drivers and boats are fully prepared for the intense competition expected at the season's premiere.
As they approach the new season, Team Abu Dhabi aims to uphold its impressive track record on the international stage, leaning on its drivers' expertise and robust technical setup, built on a history of success in global competitions.
The event in Cagliari will encompass free practice, official qualifying heats, and the main race. The lineup features a host of world champions and elite Formula 1 powerboat racers, setting the stage for a thrilling competitive opener.
