Launched This Week Samsung Galaxy M17, Sony RX1R III & Top Gadgets

This week saw an exciting wave of tech launches across India, giving consumers plenty of new gadgets to explore ahead of the festive season. From smartphones to premium cameras and business laptops, the market offered products for every kind of user.

Samsung Galaxy M17 5G
Samsung launched the new Galaxy M17 5G, adding to its popular M-series lineup. The phone features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, a 50-megapixel triple rear camera with OIS, and a 13-megapixel front camera. It is powered by the Exynos 1330 processor and comes with options of 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB RAM paired with 128GB storage. A 5000mAh battery supports 25W fast charging. The device runs Android 15 with One UI 7 and includes AI features like Circle to Search and Gemini Live. The slim 7.5mm phone offers Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection and an IP54 rating. Prices start at ₹12,499 and the phone will be available from October 13 through Amazon, Samsung.com, and select retail stores.

Dell Pro Essential Laptops
Dell introduced two new laptops for business users in India: the Dell Pro 14 Essential and Dell Pro 15 Essential. These laptops target small and medium businesses, offering reliable performance, built-in security, and easy IT management. They feature up to a 2.5K display, HD webcam, TPM 2.0 encryption, fingerprint reader, privacy shutter, and MIL-STD 810H certified durability. Prices start at ₹31,999 for business customers and are available via Dell’s business channels.

Sony RX1R III Camera
Sony launched the RX1R III, the third-generation model in its premium compact camera series. The camera features a 61-megapixel full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor, a fixed ZEISS 35mm F2 lens, and the BIONZ XR image processor. It offers AI-powered subject detection, 693 phase-detection AF points, step crop shooting, macro mode, and a 2.36M-dot OLED viewfinder. The magnesium alloy body allows up to 300 shots per charge. The RX1R III is priced at ₹4,69,990 and will be available at Sony Centres, authorised stores, and online platforms.

Fujifilm X-E5 Mirrorless Camera
Fujifilm expanded its X Series lineup with the X-E5 mirrorless camera. It features a 40.2-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor, X-Processor 5 engine, and introduces 5-axis in-body image stabilization with up to 7 stops. It has a machined aluminum top plate, Classic Display mode, AI-based subject detection AF, 6.2K video recording, tilting monitor, and control lever for quick adjustments. The lightweight 445g camera is priced at ₹1,59,999 (body only) and will be available via Fujifilm-authorised retailers.

Portronics Toad Ergo 4 Wireless Mouse
Portronics launched the Toad Ergo 4, a wireless ergonomic mouse designed for comfort and wrist support. It supports triple-mode connectivity via Bluetooth 5.3 and a 2.4GHz USB dongle, adjustable DPI up to 4000, six programmable buttons, and a rechargeable Type-C battery. The mouse is priced at ₹899 and is available on Portronics.com, Amazon, Flipkart, and major retail stores.

Oakter 65W GaN Charger
Oakter launched a compact 65W GaN charger suitable for laptops, tablets, and smartphones. It supports PD 3.0 and PPS standards with 5V to 20V output, comes with a 1.5m USB-C cable, and offers fast, efficient charging. The charger is priced at ₹1,399 and is available on Amazon.

This week’s launches provide consumers a wide variety of options, whether they are looking for a budget-friendly smartphone, a professional camera, a business laptop, or accessories to complement their tech setup. The festive season is shaping up to be a great time for upgrading gadgets and exploring new technology.
