Trident Realty, a prominent name in North India’s real estate landscape, has unveiled its latest luxury housing project, ‘Central Vista’, in Panchkula, aiming to generate a revenue of around Rs 1,200 crore. The project forms part of the larger 200-acre integrated township, Trident Hills, which has already seen strong buyer interest.
The new phase includes 199 meticulously planned housing plots, designed to cater to premium buyers seeking spacious living in a well-connected and scenic location. This development comes after Trident Realty successfully delivered over 500 units in earlier phases of Trident Hills, establishing Panchkula as a preferred destination for quality residential projects in North India.
Trident Realty has collaborated with realty major DLF Ltd for a high-profile residential project in Mumbai, further strengthening its portfolio and showcasing its expertise in creating integrated townships. Established in 2008, the company has delivered over 20.34 million sq ft of residential and commercial space, while another 10.97 million sq ft is under construction across residential, retail, and hospitality segments.
The Central Vista project is expected to attract buyers looking for luxury and modern amenities, while its strategic location within the township ensures connectivity, convenience, and a premium lifestyle. With this launch, Trident Realty continues to expand its footprint and meet the growing demand for high-quality residential spaces in North India.
