His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, welcomed Austrian Chancellor His Excellency Christian Stocker during a significant working visit. The leaders focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation across essential sectors.
Their discussions highlighted potential expansions in various fields including economy, development, industry, renewable energy, technology, and artificial intelligence. The goal is to align their developmental objectives under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership that binds the UAE and Austria.
Both Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and Chancellor Stocker reaffirmed their dedication to nurturing the UAE-Austria relationship, which continues to evolve positively. They underscored the necessity of forging robust partnerships to stimulate economic growth and welfare for their citizens.
The dialogue also touched upon numerous regional and global matters of shared concern. The leaders shared perspectives on recent developments in the Middle East and evaluated their implications for regional and global peace and security, including key topics like freedom of navigation, energy security, and the steadiness of the global economy.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, were present, alongside several ministers and high-ranking officials.
