UAE Floating Hospital Brings Eid Cheer to Gaza Patients in Egypt

UAE Floating Hospital Brings Eid Cheer to Gaza Patients in Egypt

Post by : Badri Ariffin

In Al Arish, Egypt, the UAE Floating Hospital marked Eid Al-Adha with a heartfelt celebration for Palestinian patients and their caregivers as part of the humanitarian effort known as “Operation Chivalrous Knight 3”.

This special event fostered joy among patients undergoing treatment far from home amidst the dire humanitarian landscape in Gaza. Embracing the spirit of Eid, Emirati medical staff and their families participated actively in the festivities.

The initiative sent warm greetings and congratulations to UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Supreme Council Members, and Rulers of the Emirates, along with the Crown Princes.

Reinforcing its mission, the humanitarian initiative vowed to persist in supporting the Palestinian population through continued medical and relief efforts aimed at alleviating their suffering and fostering unity during Eid.

The celebration aimed to uplift the spirits of patients and their companions, helping ease the emotional strains of receiving care away from their homeland.

Activities during the festive gathering included entertainment, competitions, and engaging sessions for children. Gifts were generously distributed, symbolizing the hospital's commitment to humanitarian care.

Officials emphasized that the UAE Floating Hospital not only delivers essential medical and surgical services to injured Palestinians from Gaza but also prioritizes the emotional well-being of its patients and their families.

Regular social and recreational initiatives are organized at the hospital to uplift patient spirits and support their healing journeys.
