Emir of Qatar Receives Condolences from UAE Leaders on Abdullah Al Attiyah's Passing

Leaders from the United Arab Emirates have reached out with heartfelt condolences to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, following the death of Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, the former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Industry in Qatar.

Their messages conveyed deep sympathy, extending support to the Emir, the Al Attiyah family, and the people of Qatar as they navigate this challenging moment.

Noteworthy among those sharing their sentiments were His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah; His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman; His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of Fujairah; His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; and His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.

The Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers of the UAE also expressed their condolences to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, mourning the loss of the esteemed Qatari leader.

Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah was a pivotal figure in Qatar, recognized for his influential role in the country’s energy and industrial sectors, significantly enhancing Qatar's position in the global energy arena.

These condolences underscore the enduring relationship and respect that exists between the UAE and Qatar, acknowledging leaders who have positively impacted the development of the Gulf region.
