On the second day of the Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference (DSA) 2026, the UAE Pavilion showcased its strength, drawing significant global attention at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur.
Organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Defence and the Tawazun Council for Defence Empowerment, the participation underscores the UAE's dedication to fostering international defence partnerships and driving innovation within the sector.
With over 2,200 attendees, including high-ranking military representatives and international delegations, the pavilion emphasized the UAE's prominence as a pivotal player in advanced defence technologies.
Notably, the pavilion welcomed royal guests such as a delegation led by H.R.H. Tengku Sarafudin Badlishah Ibni Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin, Crown Prince of Kedah, alongside H.R.H. Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Ibni Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail, Crown Prince of Perlis.
Key figures from the UAE, including Dr. Nasser Humaid Al Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Tawazun Council, were also present, inspecting the latest innovations on display.
The pavilion attracted delegations from diverse nations, including Oman, Türkiye, Thailand, Namibia, South Africa, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Italy, Myanmar, Germany, et al., reaffirming its status as a key platform for global defence cooperation.
Day two saw over 80 meetings with defence experts and industry leaders, focusing on modern advancements in areas like unmanned systems, robotics, AI, and cybersecurity.
Prominent UAE defence firms, including EDGE Group, Calidus, Resource Industries, and ASIS Boats, exhibited their latest technologies, generating significant interest from international audiences.
The UAE Pavilion is stationed at Hall 4, Stand 4100 at MITEC, and will be operational until 23 April.
