Omar Obaid Alhesan Alshamsi, Undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officially received the credentials of Abdallahi Bah Nagi Kebd, who has been appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mauritania to the UAE.
During this cordial meeting, Alshamsi extended a warm welcome to the new ambassador, wishing him well as he embarks on his diplomatic mission. He reiterated the UAE’s dedication to fortifying relations with Mauritania and seeking avenues for collaborative growth in various sectors.
Alshamsi emphasized the necessity of enhancing bilateral ties in ways that align with the mutual interests of both nations, thereby contributing to ongoing development and cooperation.
Ambassador Abdallahi Bah Nagi Kebd, reflecting on his new role, expressed pride in serving Mauritania in the UAE. He acknowledged the robust and growing relationship between the two countries, highlighting the expansion of cooperation across diverse fields.
