New Delhi, Oct 14, 2025: Vivo has unveiled its latest flagship smartphones, the X300 and X300 Pro, in China, marking a significant upgrade over the X200 series. The devices will soon be available globally, including in India, and feature advanced Zeiss cameras for photography enthusiasts.
Design and Display
The Vivo X300 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the X300 comes with a slightly smaller 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED screen, also supporting 120Hz. Both phones are slim, with the X300 Pro measuring 7.99mm in thickness and the X300 slightly thinner at 7.95mm. The Pro weighs 226 grams, and the X300 weighs 190 grams.
Performance and Storage
Both devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM options of 12GB or 16GB. Storage variants include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB with UFS 4.1 support. The smartphones run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, bringing enhanced performance and smooth user experience.
Camera System
The Vivo X300 Pro features a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS. The X300 includes a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, the same 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto. Both phones come with a 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera for selfies.
The devices also include Zeiss imaging chips to enhance photography: the X300 Pro uses V3+ and Vs1 chips for pre- and post-processing, while the X300 uses the V3+ chip for post-processing. These chips ensure high-quality images and better AI photography performance.
Battery and Charging
The X300 Pro houses a 6,510mAh battery, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, while the X300 has a 6,040mAh battery with the same fast-charging features.
Pricing and Availability
In China, the X300 starts at 4,399 Yuan (~Rs. 54,700) for the 12GB + 256GB model, while the top-end 16GB + 1TB variant costs 5,799 Yuan (~Rs. 72,900).
