Singapore is gearing up for a grand cinematic event as Universal Studios Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa prepares to host the Asia-Pacific premiere of “Wicked: For Good” on November 13, 2025. The highly anticipated film, which has captured the attention of global audiences, will see several Hollywood and Bollywood stars grace the event, making it one of the most glamorous premieres in the region.

Star-Studded Red Carpet and Key Guests

The premiere will feature the presence of lead actors Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, and Michelle Yeoh, who play pivotal roles in the film. Additionally, renowned actor Jeff Goldblum and the movie’s director, Jon M. Chu, will attend, adding to the international appeal of the event. Fans in Singapore will get the chance to witness their favorite stars walk the yellow carpet, a unique twist on the traditional red carpet, creating an unforgettable fan experience.

Part of a Global Premiere Tour

This Singapore premiere marks the fourth stop on the film’s five-city global premiere tour. “Wicked: For Good” is the latest chapter in the beloved Wicked saga, which explores the untold story of the witches of Oz. The film’s previous releases have set box office records, with the Broadway adaptation becoming the most successful ever, earning over US$750 million worldwide and receiving 10 Academy Award nominations, including the coveted Best Picture nod.

Premiere Activities and Fan Events

The evening will feature a special handprint ceremony with the cast, celebrating their contribution to the film and engaging fans in a memorable interaction. The main screening will take place at the Pantages Hollywood Theatre within Resorts World Sentosa. Ahead of the premiere, an exclusive fan event will be held at WEAVE, offering movie enthusiasts a closer look at the film and a chance to celebrate its arrival in Asia.

Tickets and Access

Fans who wish to participate in the fan event can purchase tickets starting from S$93 for adults and S$72 for children. Ticket holders will receive food and beverage vouchers along with retail vouchers at Universal Studios Singapore. However, the main premiere screening of the movie is a closed-door, invitation-only event, ensuring a private experience for the stars and film crew.
