Bollywood star Kajol took to social media on Thursday to commemorate the 10th anniversary of her iconic film Dilwale, released in 2015. The film marked a significant moment in her career, reuniting her onscreen with Shah Rukh Khan after years apart. Kajol cherished the experience, filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories behind the camera.
In her heartfelt post, Kajol shared a series of images that showcased her cherished moments from the film. She noted, “A decade of this cinematic journey! What an extraordinary experience we had! From the picturesque landscapes to the costumes, and the banter on set—every frame is a cherished memory!” The first image displayed the official Dilwale poster, while others captured candid laughs with Shah Rukh Khan and a stylish still of Kajol.
Dilwale, directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Gauri Khan under the Red Chillies Entertainment banner, featured a stellar cast including Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan, and Kriti Sanon. It also boasted notable performances by Boman Irani, Johnny Lever, Varun Sharma, and Sanjay Mishra.
The film gained immense popularity not only for reuniting Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol but also for its delightful soundtrack featuring hits like “Gerua,” “Janam Janam,” and “Tukur Tukur.” Kajol's nostalgic post brought back the excitement and joy of the film a decade later, allowing fans to celebrate its legacy.
